PRODUCE YOUR OWN LEGUMES
Grow legumes remotely in Marmilla, entrusting the cultivation to the skilful hands of Elena and Gianpiero, who produce them in the open field and in a natural way, practising traditional techniques in full respect of the environment.
The main technique used is that of crop rotation, which involves changing, from one production cycle to the next, the agricultural species grown in the same plot, in order to improve and maintain the fertility of the agricultural soil and ensure a higher yield.
There is no ploughing or heavy tillage and wild grasses are used to keep the land fertile, productive and inhabited by antagonistic insects and animals that help protect the crops.
Thus we are sure that what we bring to our table will be a healthy and wholesome product.
Legumes are an important source of vegetable protein, fibre and minerals, with low calories and fat and are never missing from our tasty soups.
