I must say I was pleasantly surprised and very satisfied with the 'year spent together' with the assigned beekeeper. Several times throughout the year, she updated me on the progress of the adopted apiary and her work, and finally I received my package with products derived from her precious work – and above all, the bees! All of this made me feel fully involved in the process, and I loved knowing how her activity was evolving thanks to my small contribution. An experience I will definitely repeat in the future! "We received the adoption of a sheep from Mannos as a gift from a friend for my 7-year-old daughter. It was a wonderful and unexpected present, especially since I had no idea that something like this could be arranged. It might not seem like much, but then this summer we managed to visit our adopted sheep (Bellixedda, which in Sardinian means 'beautiful') and its shepherd, Pietro, along with his father. They were extremely welcoming and provided us with lots of information about our sheep and the cheese-making process. My daughter was thrilled, and Pietro and his father were particularly kind to her. Then we received a box with our exquisite cheese, with my daughter's name engraved on it... she was enchanted! The details on the packaging made everything perfect: a handwritten letter, a sheep bell with the logo, made even more special by the fact that the bell was crafted in my grandmother's village (but that was just a very lucky bonus!)."

It was a wonderful experience—not only because of the excellent products, but also for receiving regular updates and learning more about bees and the workings of nature. I received the products, beautifully packaged, and it was moving to see my name on them, prepared just for me. I truly appreciated the handwritten letter that accompanied the package. I will definitely consider repeating the experience or giving it as a gift, and I’d love to visit the company someday to meet Maria Giovanna, who cares for a piece of our land every day."
